About Us

The Rosen Publishing Group has been providing information to schools and libraries since 1950, when the Rosen family published their first books in New York City. From YA nonfiction guidance books on drug addiction, teen suicide prevention, and job skills to our most recent hi-lo novels addressing life’s most challenging circumstances, Rosen’s purpose has always been to inform, support, and inspire students in the United States and across the globe.

Now releasing more than 1,000 books each year across more than a dozen imprints for grades PreK–12, Rosen has acquired four other educational publishing companies and expanded its operations to Buffalo, New York, and remote locations around the U.S.

Rosen embraces sharing new information and providing new solutions to educators, librarians, teachers, and students worldwide. We walk the walk from page to page—and our array of imprints and digital offerings prove just that.
